If you already own a Glo Premium license, the Media and Resource Discs can install most of the Glo Premium media (up to 12gb) for offline access on Mac and PC. Although the discs will install the majority of media, Glo is still a "connected app" that requires a high speed internet conection for installation, updates and media access.

Uses:
If you have upgraded to Glo Premium from a free downloaded version and want to install the media library on your Mac or PC

If you have purchased the PC version in the past, but would like to install the media library on your Mac

If you have lost or broken your original discs

So far...the DVD doesn't work

I upgraded to Glo Premium from Glo Lite via internet download on Feb 3rd for $34.99. On Feb 4th, I asked Glo Support if I could obtain the media DVD so I can access all the media without an internet connection. On Feb 12th, Phillip with Glo Support said that I could purchase the DVD to install the media at this website. Upon attempting to install the DVD, I cannot find a way to install the media with Glo Premium. The DVD has a version of Glo Lite that you can install. The product is listed as being for the Premium Version. On Feb 16th, I posted a follow-up request for assistance in installing the DVD for Glo Premium. It is Feb 22nd and there is still no response. I still cannot use the DVD.

Customer support is unacceptably slow. I would not recommend purchasing this product for Glo Premium. I hope to be able to improve my review when I finally receive resolution of my problem.
